Mediterranean Cruise
August 29th (2006) Sousan and I set sail (or rather gas turbine) upon the good ship Millennium for a 12 night cruise through the Mediterranean. The ports of call included Venice, Italy, Dubrovnik, Croatia, Santorini, Greece, Athens (Piraeus), Greece, Naples/Capri, Italy, Rome (Civitavecchia), Italy, Florence, Italy, Nice (Villefranche), France, Barcelona, Spain. We spent 2 nights in hotels at both ends of the trip - Venice for starters and Barcelona at the tail end.
If you are in love with someone like I am with Sousan, I'd recommend finding your way to Venice. Somehow romance just seems to blow in the gentle breezes of that magical city of canals. Oh yes, don't forget to take whoever it is that you are in love with!
